Emilie Moore, PE, Assoc DBIA, PMP, ENV SP, is a Senior Project Manager at Black & Veatch with over 30 years of environmental engineering experience focused on water systems. Emilie's expertise encompasses the design and management of potable reuse, wastewater, reclaimed water, and stormwater systems, including facility evaluations, hydraulic modeling, and regulatory permitting. Prior to Black & Veatch, Emilie held senior project management positions at Tetra Tech, HDR, and McKim & Creed, Inc., where project development and engineering for water and wastewater systems were key responsibilities. Emilie's educational background includes an M.S. in Engineering Management from The University of Kansas and dual Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida.
