Irela Bague

Irela Bague currently serves as the Director of Governments & Water Resilience at Black & Veatch and has previously held significant roles, including Chief Bay Officer for Miami-Dade County and Acting Executive Director at Resiliency Florida. As the President and CEO of Bague Group, Irela also engages in public discourse as the host of a podcast through ResilientForward.
