Kai C. is an experienced electrical engineer with a solid background in project leadership and system planning. They served as a Project Lead Electrical Engineer at China Energy Engineering Group Co. Ltd. from 1993 to 2001, where they conducted power system analyses and developed electrical designs for high-capacity generation projects. Following roles at SNC-Lavalin and comfort in various electrical design positions, Kai transitioned to senior engineering and managerial roles at companies such as ATCO Electric and BC Hydro.
