Katie Schultz

Katie Schultz is a seasoned professional at Black & Veatch, serving as the VP, Engineering & Development Services Global Resources Leader since November 2007. In this role, Katie provides leadership to a workforce of over 4,500 professionals, focusing on growth, hiring, and development. Previous positions include VP, Operations Director of Engineering & Development Services, where strategic goals and KPIs were developed to align with the NextGen Strategy, and VP, Talent, overseeing talent acquisition and development programs. Additional experience encompasses managing mission-critical engineering projects, leading talent mobilization efforts, and implementing comprehensive career development initiatives. Katie holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas and a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership from Nazarene Theological Seminary.
