Onkar Deshpande

Onkar Deshpande is an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in managing power generation projects and operations. Currently at Black & Veatch since April 2016, Onkar specializes in operating asset solutions, performance optimization, and possesses a diverse skill set encompassing engineering, project management, and procurement. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Lalitpur Power Generation Company Ltd and another managerial position at Reliance Infrastructure Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing technical specifications, bid evaluations, and site management for various projects. Earlier in the career, Onkar served as a Maintenance Supervisor at Mahindra & Mahindra, honing skills in maintenance management. Onkar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Amravati University and completed higher secondary education in Science at Yogeshwari Mahavidyalaya.
