Ray Kurman

Ray Kurman has extensive experience in the fiber optic industry, currently serving as a Fiber Optic Splicer for both Black & Veatch and Overland Contracting Inc. since January 2021. Previously, Kurman worked at Frontier Communications from January 2000 to December 2019, where responsibilities included serving as the Head of Safety Committee, focusing on building maintenance and safety protocols, developing Emergency Action Plans, conducting fire drills, and ensuring worksite safety. Additionally, Kurman specialized as a Fiber & Copper Cable Technician, handling fiber optic testing, splicing, troubleshooting, and installation, with significant involvement in residential GPON builds and commercial fiber systems over the last decade.
