Scott Maloni is the Global Desalination Solutions Leader at Black & Veatch, where they orchestrate market growth strategies and manage relationships with public and commercial clients in the desalination sector. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Olivenhain Municipal Water District, Maloni previously held a prominent role as Vice President of Development at Poseidon Water for 14 years, where they successfully led public affairs for the Carlsbad Seawater Desalination Plant. Maloni has received multiple accolades for strategic communications and public policy efforts, demonstrating a commitment to advancing important public interest projects. They are pursuing a B.A. in Public Policy at Brown University.
