Shail Bajpai

Shail Bajpai is a seasoned professional in the solar energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Solar PV Performance Guarantee Engineer and Energy Solar Performance Specialist at Black & Veatch since September 2021. Prior to this role, Shail held positions as a Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer at SgurrEnergy from August 2015 to August 2021, overseeing various aspects of solar project management. Earlier experience includes an Engineering Trainee role at Madhav Group Of Companies, where Shail contributed to the development of a 10 MW solar PV power plant, and an internship at Gensol Group, focusing on solar energy assessments. Shail holds a Master's Degree in Energy Systems & Technology from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
