Dani Ayers

Dani Ayers is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in non-profit and community-focused organizations. As Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer at me too. International since January 2019, Dani has guided the organization through significant initiatives. Previously, Dani served as Executive Vice President at Black Women's Health Imperative and Director of Organizational Development for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, overseeing capacity building for youth-focused member organizations. In prior roles, Dani held senior positions at ToolBank USA, fostering affiliate engagement and strategically growing the organization's impact. Dani's earlier career includes leadership at Art Sanctuary and contributions as a communications consultant, grants manager, and curator. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in African American Studies and a Bachelor’s in Communications from Temple University.
