Kenya McKnight-Ahad

Kenya McKnight Ahad is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the Black Women’s Wealth Alliance, a historically Black institution focused on providing wealth education, business support, and financial assistance to empower Black women in building generational wealth. Additionally, Kenya serves as the CEO/Owner of ZaRah, LLC and 1200 KMA Development, LLC. Kenya's notable experience includes fellowships with the 2020 Google Black Founders Fund and RSF Social Finance's Integrated Capital Institute. Education includes a Master’s degree in Management of Cooperatives and Credit Unions and a PhD in Development Economics and International Development. Kenya has held various leadership roles in organizations aimed at promoting racial equity and sustainable development.
