Susan Currie

Susan is Associate Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team and has experience acting in a wide range of contentious litigation matters. She regularly appears for clients in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and has instructed Counsel in a number of Court of Session actions. Susan has experience of pursuing and defending claims and acting on behalf of individual and corporate clients.

Susan advises on a variety of commercial matters including intellectual property, debt recovery and contractual disputes. She also has experience in relation to property evictions and accidents occurring in foreign jurisdictions.
