Amanda Fackrell

Amanda Fackrell is a Principal Corporate Trainer and Instructional Designer with 18 years of experience in Success and Support. They held various roles at Blackbaud from 2016 to 2021, including Team Lead and Senior Solutions Specialist, where they provided product support for executive clients. Prior to that, Amanda was a Senior Game Master at Blizzard Entertainment from 2008 to 2016, where they demonstrated leadership and strategic problem-solving, enhancing both employee and player experiences. Amanda earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and later studied Cultural Anthropology at Austin Community College.
