Ashley Dalba

Ashley Dalba is currently the Payment Services Product Lead at Blackbaud, where they leverage their extensive experience in financial services and customer support. Previously, Ashley served in various roles, including Compliance Manager at Fidelity Debt Solutions and Negotiator at Lincoln Law Group, where they excelled in risk assessment and debt negotiation. They also held positions in student services, where they facilitated financial planning for students, and demonstrated leadership as President of the Management Club at the University at Buffalo. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo and additional degrees in Psychology and Marketing from American Intercontinental University.
