Catherine Ross is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in nonprofit sector analytics and development. Currently serving as a Senior Fundraising Analytics Consultant at Blackbaud since June 2022, Catherine specializes in assisting nonprofits with performance analysis and peer comparison. Prior to this role, Catherine was with Villanova University from July 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading multi-channel fundraising strategies as Associate Director of Annual Giving for the Charles Widger School of Law and managing direct mail and digital solicitation programs as Assistant Director of Annual Giving. Earlier experience includes positions at Pennsylvania Ballet, where Catherine significantly increased donor engagement and leadership annual gifts, and roles at Philly PARD and New Dance Alliance. Catherine holds an M.S. in Arts Administration from Drexel University and a BFA in Modern Dance from the University of the Arts.
