Darryl Eychner

Darryl Eychner is a Senior Principal Software Engineer and Development Team Lead at Blackbaud, where responsibilities include research, development, debugging, and testing of code in an Agile Scrum environment. Darryl has led initiatives to explore new software delivery mechanisms and has effectively coordinated with international teams to ensure project progress. Additionally, Darryl has conducted training seminars to mentor junior engineers. Prior experience includes serving as a Java Programmer at the Rochester Institute of Technology, assisting in language translation for Google’s Haiti disaster relief project, and working as a Math Teacher at Sylvan Learning Centers, significantly improving student performance. Darryl holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from SUNY Geneseo.
