James Smith

James Smith has extensive experience in data governance and analytics, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Data Governance and formerly as Senior Manager of Analytics Service Operations at Blackbaud since June 1998. Smith has a strong background in delivering direct marketing and data hygiene solutions to the global non-profit community. Prior to Blackbaud, Smith worked as Operations Manager at Target Analytics and began a career in education as a Teacher for the Richland County School District One from June 1988 to December 1992. Smith holds a B.A. in Music from the University of South Carolina and an Associate of Science in Computer Technology from Midlands Technical College.
