Jim Steiner

Jim Steiner is an experienced senior leader in customer success management and development, currently serving as Sr. Principal at Blackbaud since March 2017, where responsibilities include identifying strategic priorities for enterprise clients and expanding their technology and service offerings. Prior roles include National Director of Development & Field Administration at Food Allergy Research & Education, where efforts focused on branding and technology integration post-merger, and Regional Director for CureSearch for Children's Cancer, where Jim established the southeast region and led national fundraising initiatives. Previous positions also include Sr. Director of Corporate Relations at the American Heart Association, Director of Development at JDRF International, and Vice President of Development & Marketing at Special Olympics Florida. Jim holds a BS in Marketing, Communication, Finance, and Accounting from Florida State University.
