John Young

John Young is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational effectiveness and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Research, Delivery, and Operations at Blackbaud since March 2005, John drives key initiatives while maintaining budget oversight. Prior to this role, John held multiple program management positions at Paragon Group, LLC, focusing on financial software development and business planning. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at Epiphany, Inc. and MOSS SOFTWARE LIMITED, overseeing engineering teams and product development for client-server CRM applications. John began a distinguished career as an Armor Officer with the US Army, ultimately reaching Brigade Operations. John holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
