Lizzie Schaffer is an experienced operations and program manager currently serving as the General Manager of the Social Good Startup Program at Blackbaud since June 2017. This program, launched in 2020, supports early-stage software companies focused on social good, having enhanced the growth of over 60 startups by providing access to resources, mentorship, and funding. Prior to this role, Lizzie managed operations at Attentive.ly, contributing to its successful integration with Blackbaud after its acquisition, and previously held management positions at Fission Strategy and Ann Taylor. Lizzie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
