Mary Workman

Mary Workman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager at Blackbaud since January 2018, Mary previously held the position of Director of Professional Services at Fiserv from July 2010 to June 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing client implementations of banking products valued over $10 million, managing senior client relationships, and leading a team of Directors and over 60 project management and engineering resources. Prior roles include Account Operations Manager at HP, where service delivery for major clients was managed, and Account Start Up Leader at Electronic Data Systems, responsible for transition activities for strategic accounts. Mary Workman is also a certified PMP and SA.
