Michael Hedden

Michael Hedden is a seasoned professional in software training and education, currently serving as a Senior Software Instructor at Blackbaud since June 2018, where responsibilities include providing training on multiple software products to clients in the UK, US, and Canada. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Nationals Business Development Representative at Blackbaud, engaging with prospective clients to understand their fundraising and donor management needs.
