Mike Adams

Mike Adams has over a decade of experience in instructional design and employee success coaching, currently serving in dual roles at Blackbaud since April 2013. In these positions, Mike has focused on analyzing job performance for technical support analysts, developing customized coaching strategies to enhance individual and team performance. Before this, Mike worked as a Hybrid Trainer/Support Specialist at Blackbaud from 2011 to 2013, where responsibilities included troubleshooting customer technical issues and delivering extensive training sessions for non-profit clients. Earlier experience includes roles at Select Health of SC and Farm of the Child, which involved bilingual member services and social work education. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
