Mike Gianoni

Mike Gianoni is the President and CEO of Blackbaud, a leading provider of software for social impact. Since joining the company in 2014, he has driven its pioneering cloud innovation and customer-centric solutions, earning Blackbaud recognition as a Fortune Change the World company and a Forbes Most Innovative Growth company. Mike previously held executive roles at Fiserv, CheckFree Investment Services, and DST Systems. He holds degrees in engineering and business, including an MBA and honorary Doctorate from the University of New Haven. Mike is passionate about veterans’ initiatives, animal welfare, and exploring the U.S. coastline. Mike also serves on the boards of Teradata and the International African American Museum.
