Monica Mutter, M.Ed., currently serves as a Board Member at the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce since January 2024. With extensive experience at Blackbaud since February 2007, Monica has held the positions of Senior Director of Leadership and Culture and Director of Leadership Development. Previously, Monica was a Board Member for the COKSM School Board from 2009 to 2015 and worked at JPMorgan Chase as Vice President and National Training Manager from March 2001 to February 2007. Monica began her career as a Learning Manager at Advanta from 1998 to 2001. Monica holds a Master of Education in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Chestnut Hill College.
