Rich Conte is a seasoned professional in technical product management and user experience, currently serving as Senior Manager, Technical Product Management at Blackbaud since June 2003, where leadership has been demonstrated in driving digital transformation and cloud platform capabilities. Prior roles at Blackbaud include Principal Product Manager for platform services, Senior Manager of Business Analysis, and Senior Manager of User Experience, each contributing to strategic initiatives and product ownership practices.
