Managing Director Product Success

Rod Combs is a seasoned leader in customer success and technology management currently serving as the Managing Director of Product Success at Blackbaud since 2025. Previously, Rod held various roles at Microsoft between 2011 and 2025, culminating as Customer Success Managing Director of Services and Delivery, where they were responsible for over $1.5 billion in revenue and drove digital transformation for retail and consumer goods clients. Prior to Microsoft, Rod worked at Family Dollar from 1999 to 2008, advancing from Project Manager to Director of I.T. Business Apps. Rod also served as Global Business Technology Director at VF Corporation from 2008 to 2011, overseeing solutions across a diverse portfolio of retail brands. Rod is currently pursuing degrees in General Studies and Engineering at Appalachian State University and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, respectively, along with an MBA in Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
