Rodney Frederick

Rodney Frederick is an experienced professional in account management and program direction, currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at Blackbaud since July 2025. Previously, Rodney held the position of Senior Account Executive at Givebutter from July 2023 to July 2025, where achievements included being named AE of the Quarter for both Q4 2024 and Q1 2025. Prior to this, Rodney spent nearly eight years at Bloomerang as a Senior Account Executive, consistently exceeding sales targets each year and closing some of the company's largest deals. Rodney's career also includes significant roles at Starfish Initiative, including Chief Program Officer and Program Director, where leadership efforts impacted mentoring and college access for low-income teens.
