Tammy Baker is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over 30 years in various sectors, including nonprofit, education, and high technology. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Blackbaud since September 2014, Tammy plays a key role in supporting over 27,000 customers worldwide in their missions across various charitable causes. Prior to Blackbaud, Tammy held positions as Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources at Extreme Networks, Inc., where strategic partnership with business leaders focused on enhancing organizational performance.
