Tom Griffin

Tom Griffin is an experienced finance executive with a strong background in corporate treasury and financial management. Currently serving as VP Finance and Corporate Treasurer at Blackbaud since September 2012, Tom supports nonprofit organizations by overseeing financial operations and enhancing SaaS solutions. Prior to Blackbaud, Tom worked as a Financial and Administrative Consultant at Garretson Firm Resolution Group, Inc., contributing to medical claims administration related to the Deep Water Horizon Disaster. Their tenure at FairPoint Communications from January 2000 to November 2011 as Vice President and Treasurer involved managing debt issuance, compliance reporting, and strategic negotiations, including a significant $2 billion term loan. Additionally, Tom's experience includes roles as Assistant Treasurer at Sea-Land Services and Controller at CHF Industries, along with an MBA from UNC Charlotte and a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.
