Kostya Alexeev

Kostya Alexeev has extensive work experience in various software engineering roles. Kostya is currently a Senior Staff Engineer at StackAdapt since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Blackbell as a CTO and also as a Software Engineer from August 2018 to the present. Kostya was a Staff Developer at Shopify from October 2019 to September 2022. Before that, they worked at Toptal as a Software Engineer from April 2016 to October 2019. Additionally, they co-founded Hashtag Bar in May 2014 and served as a Co-Founder until April 2017. Kostya was also the CTO at Hashtago from August 2013 to April 2017. Kostya has previous experience as an Engineer at Choxi.com Inc. from January 2015 to January 2016, as well as at Curebit from November 2012 to October 2013. Kostya worked as a Ruby & Lua Programmer, Ruby Projects Lead at SMTP.com from December 2009 to November 2012. Furthermore, they have experience as a C++ programmer at Front Pictures from 2006 to 2009.

Kostya Alexeev obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science/System Analysis from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between the years 2003 and 2009.
