Vipul Sharma

Vipul Sharma has over 20 years of experience in product development, operations, and technical support. Vipul began their career in 1999 as a Web Site Designer and Software Developer at Websity. In 2000, they joined STG International Limited as a Faculty & Consultant, providing training and consultation to students on web design, software design, RDBMS, front-end, Java, C++, e-commerce, and m-commerce concepts. In 2003, they joined EXL Service as a Technical Support Executive. Vipul then joined Wipro BPO in 2004 as a Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert, providing tech support, managing executive escalation helpdesk, delivering process and tools training, and building and presenting process reports and presentations. In 2007, they joined iYogi as a Sr. Manager, Manager - Tech Operations, Assistant Manager, and Team Lead. In 2016, they joined BlackBeltHelp as an Associate Director Product Development and Senior Product Manager, where they developed products to optimize operational efficiency and enable self-service capabilities, led forward engineering, product implementation and professional support teams, collaborated with stakeholders, developed product specifications, analyzed processes and business objectives, created product roadmaps and user stories, managed products, releases, and sprint backlogs, engaged cross-functional teams, integrated with the testing team, conducted marketing research and competitive analysis, and provided product demonstrations and training for clients.

Vipul Sharma has an education history that includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University (2001-2004), a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from University of Rajasthan (1997-2000), and Senior Secondary from DAV centenary public school, Jaipur (1995-1997).
