Horace Li

Horace Li is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in patent intelligence and software development. Currently serving as Senior Patent Intelligence Manager at BlackBerry since February 2008, Horace specializes in patent intelligence management and the design, development, and implementation of patent intelligence software and systems. Prior to this role, Horace was the Lead Product Developer at Business Propulsion Systems from January 2004 to February 2008, where responsibilities included designing the flagship "BPS Project" software and training end-users for notable clients such as Telus and Goldman Sachs. Earlier in career, Horace worked as Development Manager at BigontheNet from March 1999 to September 2003, delivering software systems across various industries. Horace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Information Systems from Sichuan University.
