Radu Ocica

Radu Ocica is a seasoned software professional with over 24 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Software Developer and Embedded Software Designer at BlackBerry since April 2009, Radu has a strong background in software design for 3G/4G wireless technologies acquired during a decade-long tenure at Nortel Networks. There, responsibilities included roles as tech lead, domain lead, and integration prime for CDMA, UMTS, Wimax, and LTE base station software. Radu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa and has foundational education from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara.
