Jess Terry

Jess Terry currently serves as the Director of Intelligence at BLACKBIRD.AI, having progressed through various roles including Senior Intelligence Analyst and Intelligence Analyst since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Federal Investigations & Intelligence Consultant at Deloitte from February 2020 to September 2021, and working as an Intelligence Analyst for Global Risk at UnitedHealthcare Global from August 2018 to January 2020. Earlier roles also include internships at the U.S. Department of State, notably in the Office of Policy and Regional Affairs and the Consular Section. Jess Terry holds a Master's degree in Global Policy Studies and Eurasian Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Science in International Studies with a focus on Russian from The Ohio State University.
