Mayumi Park

Mayumi Park is an experienced designer and creative strategist with a strong focus on social change and community engagement. Currently serving as a designer at Blackbird Revolt since September 2022, Mayumi also freelances as a graphic designer, illustrator, and creative strategist since August 2017. Prior roles include Curator of Community Engagement at Public Art Saint Paul, where innovative approaches to art and community connection were emphasized, and graduate research assistant at the University of Minnesota, contributing to the Upper Harbor Terminal project. Previous positions as MuralFest Co-Organizer and Creative Placemaking Associate, along with various roles in program assistance and teaching, underscore a diverse skill set in project coordination, artistic development, and community support. Mayumi holds degrees from Binghamton University and the University of Minnesota.
