Silk Kadala

Silk Kadala is an Investment Associate at Blackbird Ventures. Before joining Blackbird, Silk worked as a Product Analyst at OncoRes Medical, where they advanced the commercialisation of the company's MedTech device. Silk also worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant Intern at Kearney, and as Chief Executive Officer of WAUC.

Silk has a passion for helping women in leadership roles, and has been involved with the Women in Leadership Forum at McKinsey & Company.
