Zac Hardman

Zac Hardman is currently a Product Operations Specialist at Blackbird Ventures. Prior to this, they worked as a Stock Controller at Tasmac from February 2015 to December 2021. Zac was responsible for machinery sales forecasting, pricing and ordering for all branches, and managed a rolling $20M inventory to achieve $40M+ in annual sales. As part of this role, they worked on numerous business improvement projects across the sales, administration, marketing, service and logistics departments. Zac previously worked in several administration roles before moving into inventory control.

From January 2013 to December 2015, Zac was a Replenishment Team Member at Kmart Australia Limited, where they worked with the replen team stacking shelves and arranged cages for the next shift. Zac also met replenishment quotas.

From June 2020 to January 2021, Zac was the Founder of TrailerShare. And from January 2013 to December 2015, they were a Stallholder at DocZ.

Prior to their current positions, Zac was a Retail Sales Assistant at The Antique Emporium from January 2011 to December 2015.

Zac Hardman has a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology in Management. Zac is also certified from Productivity Improvers in Lean Leader.

They are on a team with and Temara Chapman - Vibe Manager & Leadership Operations. Zac Hardman reports to Justin Angsuwat, CPO.
