Christopher Metcalf has extensive work experience in the finance and automotive industries. Christopher started their career at Wells Fargo in 1999 and held various roles such as Credit Manager, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, and District Manager. Christopher was responsible for managing multiple locations, recruiting and hiring employees, and overseeing sales training. In 2010, they joined Black Book as the Lender Solutions-Business Development Manager. In 2012, they were promoted to Director of Business Operations and later became Sr Director of Business Operations. Christopher played a key role in providing accurate vehicle pricing information and delivering mission-critical information to customers.
Christopher Metcalf attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a field of study in Finance. In addition, they obtained the Hearst INCLUDE Certified Change Agent certification from Hearst in August 2021.
