Jessica Day has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service and operations. Currently serving as Operations Team Lead and Customer Experience Officer at BlackBull Markets since July 2021, Jessica has previously held roles as a Student Marketer at Red Bull and as a Barista/Front of House at Jess' Underground Kitchen and Hai Cafe. Additional experience includes an internship at Coeliac New Zealand and being an Ambassador for Smile Dealers. Academically, Jessica holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Bioscience Enterprise and a Bachelor of Health Science from The University of Auckland, along with a high school education from Baradene College of the Sacred Heart.
