Currently serving as a Senior Scout at Blackburn Rovers Football Club since November 2022, Crawford is responsible for identifying senior players that align with the club's philosophy and conducting extensive talent analysis across various leagues. Previously worked as a Regional Scout for FAW Trust, an Academy Coordinator at Everton Football Club, and a Scout for Leeds United Football Club, among other roles. Crawford has a strong educational background, holding a Master's degree in Sports Directorship from Manchester Metropolitan University and a degree in Sports Leadership from the University of Reading.
