Jodie Detwiler, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Jodie is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at BLACKBURN'S, a medical equipment and supplies provider. Previously, Jodie was the Director of Human Resources at Highway Equipment Company, a leading provider of highway and construction equipment. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Conco Services LLC, a company specializing in improving profitability and productivity in power plants and industrial facilities. Jodie has also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Instron, a manufacturer of global materials testing instruments, and Clark Metal Products, a sheet metal manufacturing company. Jodie started their career as the President and HR Consultant at HR Network Consultants, LLC, providing HR consulting services to various industries. Jodie holds a Master's degree and is certified in SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
Jodie Detwiler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Jodie also has a Master's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Labor Relations from Saint Francis University. In addition to their degrees, Jodie has obtained various certifications, including the SHRM-SCP from SHRM in 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2002.
