Tim Lootens

Tim Lootens has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Tim currently serves as the Senior Vice President at Blackchair, where their focus is on CX DevOps Automation. Prior to this, they worked at inContact as the Regional Vice President and District Sales Manager, where they were responsible for improving customer experiences and assisting BPOs in the Central US. Tim also had a long tenure at Genesys, serving in various roles such as Global Account Director, Senior Director, and Director, where they worked closely with key stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and optimize end-to-end customer journeys. Before joining Genesys, Tim worked at Genesys Telecommunications as a District Manager, managing a sales team and driving sales in the Telco sector. Tim began their career at AT&T/Lucent/Avaya as a Call Center Specialist.

Tim Lootens obtained their high school diploma from Klein High School from 1981 to 1985. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, specializing in Finance, Economics, and Information Systems from 1985 to 1989.
