Lauren Cox, MBA, currently serves as a Corporate Account Manager at BLACKCLOAK since March 2024. Previously, Lauren held the position of Account Executive at The Craneware Group from April 2021 to March 2024 and worked at Equiscript, LLC from February 2017 to April 2021, where roles included Senior Client Success Specialist, Client Account Manager, and Patient Experience Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Medical Scribe at ScribeAmerica from January 2014 to January 2017, with responsibilities in recruitment, training, and medical documentation, as well as a role as Emergency Medical Scribe. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Psychology from Clemson University, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from South University.
