Craig Flood has extensive work experience in various industries, including healthcare technology, pharmaceuticals, and retail.
Starting in 1997, Craig worked as a Department Controller at Safeway, where they managed day-to-day operations and electronic stock management.
In 2001, they joined the NHS as a Senior Healthcare Assistant, working in a busy acute medical ward and overseeing staff training and development.
Craig then transitioned to Somerfield in 2004, where they served as a Team Leader for store renewals, ensuring the successful implementation of new operating systems and processes.
From 2006 to 2011, Craig worked at Boots, initially as an Operations Manager, then as a Healthcare Manager, and later as an Area Accounts Manager - Care Services. In these roles, they focused on delivering operational excellence, managing customer expectations, and training customers on medication handling.
In 2011, Craig joined The Chemist as a Business Development Manager, responsible for bringing a new Care Home focused pharmacy to market and managing care home sales, implementation, training, and account management.
Craig moved to iCareHealth UK in 2014, starting as an Implementation & Services Consultant, where they assisted care home clients in implementing software solutions and coordinating project delivery. Craig later became a Senior Consultant, supporting the operations team and developing relationships with key sector leaders.
In 2019, Craig joined The Access Group as the Head of Partnerships, overseeing partnerships and collaboration efforts.
Craig'smost recent role is at Blackford Analysis, where they started in November 2022 as a VP Partnerships, and then was promoted to Senior Vice President Partnerships in 2022.

Craig Flood attended The Risedale School from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained their GCSE's. Craig then went on to study at Darlington College of Technology from 1997 to 1999, earning a GNVQ Advanced in the field of study.
