Julia Bergstedt

Julia Bergstedt has worked in customer service and technical support roles since 2018, providing support through phone, email and chat channels. Julia demonstrated excellent communication skills, work ethic and product knowledge, and achieved higher than expected KPIs. Julia was promoted quickly to senior agent and helped train and upskill new employees. At SYKES, they managed a major product recall and effectively communicated with stakeholders across 12 countries. Most recently, they worked as a Product Manager and Product Owner at Aridhia and Blackford Analysis respectively.

Julia Bergstedt obtained their Bachelor's degree in Media Production from Umeå University between the years 2012 to 2017.
