Joshua Welch

Joshua Welch has extensive experience in account resolutions and customer service within the financial sector, currently serving as the Manager of Account Resolutions at Blackhawk Community Credit Union since September 2015. In this role, Joshua oversees the department to maintain low delinquency rates, handles complex collection issues, and coordinates long-term collection matters. Prior roles include Assistant Manager in the same department, Branch Manager, Member Advisor, and Outbound Sales Consultant. Earlier experience at BMO Harris Bank as a Senior Service Representative and in retail with Kohl's and Rogan's Shoes highlights a strong background in sales and customer service.
