Richard Borden

Richard Borden serves as the Director of Strategy at Blackhawk Community Credit Union, leveraging expertise in information technology and security to enhance operations and transform the member and customer experience. Previously, Richard held multiple roles at Blackhawk, including Director of Information Security/ISO and Vice President of Information Technology, focusing on information security practices and integrating technology with business needs. Prior experience includes leadership positions in information technology at Heritage Credit Union and various technical roles across multiple companies, contributing to hardware and software installations, support, and system administration. Richard holds a Cybersecurity Audit Certificate from ISACA and continues to broaden education through New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
