Laurie Michalski possesses extensive experience in the culinary and caregiving fields. Since May 2002, Laurie has been self-employed as a Nanny and Caretaker. Laurie retired from the role of Executive Sous Chef at Blackhawk Country Club, where tenure began in April 1990. Previous culinary experiences include serving as Executive Chef and Co-Owner at JDGF Catering from July 2002 to June 2005, and holding various kitchen roles, such as Sous Chef at Tiger Alley Restaurant and Pantry Chef at Sedona Grill and Bar. Additionally, Laurie gained expertise in pantry supervision and pastry training at the Grand Hotel and Chuck Muir Corp. Laurie's career began at Little Caesars Pizza as a Manager. Education includes an Associate of Science degree from Las Positas College, along with a high school diploma from Bishop Gallagher High School.
