Thomas Fong has a diverse work experience in the golf industry. Thomas began their career at Blackhawk Country Club in 2001, where they worked as a PGA First Assistant until 2006. During this time, they gained experience in assisting the Director of Golf with buying, receiving, controlling, and merchandising two golf shops with sales over 1.2 million annually. Additionally, they assisted in the promotion and coordination of member golf tournaments.

In 2006, Thomas joined Mira Vista Golf & Country Club as the PGA Head Golf Professional. Thomas held this position for 10 years until 2016.

Thomas then returned to Blackhawk Country Club in 2016, taking on the role of PGA Golf Professional Buyer and Tournament Coordinator. In November 2020, they were promoted to the position of PGA Head Golf Professional. Thomas'sresponsibilities in this role include overseeing golf operations and leading the professional staff.
