Kim Brown

Prior to joining the team, Kim was the Regional HR Manager for the Matrix Service Company in Tulsa. Kim comes to BlackHawk with over 19 years of experience in all areas of the Human Resources function. There she served as a key member of the leadership team supporting EPC, tank construction and fabrication in multistate and international locations. Prior to Matrix Kim served as the HR Leader for Global Power Equipment group supporting both Corporate and Operational functions in multistate and international locations. She was also the HR lead for all questions while leading HR organizational initiatives.
